There is no production without testing. Mechatronic has developed 180 ATEs operated by major companies worldwide. For the production of ATEs, we use in-house manufacturing.

Our customers profit from several advantages: no interface needed, no additional project partner involved, which – among other conditions – allows a smooth transition from development to production.

We do not only develop and produce ATEs for our own manufacturing. Above all, our customers rely on ATEs made by Mechatronic when it comes to permanent operation (24/7) and demanding test scenarios.

We are familiar with functional test units, programming stations, in-line test units, and test adapters.

Every project starts with a thorough analysis and the according support. For development and production, we use high-quality standard industrial components.

We equip these with our flexible software framework, program the interfaces, and also create multi-language user interfaces, if required. Everything is thoroughly documented and 100 per cent verified. For the start of operation and services, we go to our customers’ sites.

All in all, our excellent service and the long-term operation of our ATEs keep investments small in the long run.
