Our experience gained from the contract-manufacturing of medical devices is both, basis and success guarantee for transferring medical devices to our own production plant. Even when it comes to the reverse process, we are excellently prepared: the transfer of our customers’ devices to their own production plants is part of our portfolio, too.

We are not only planners but also realizers and producers of pilot series on production lines certified by IQ, OQ and PQ.

We base our planning processes on the “Device master records” of our customers’ devices.

First, we design the production process. We define operating instructions, issue test certificates and test supplier qualifications.

When dealing with critical components, we thoroughly inspect the incoming goods. We design production aids and install the necessary ATEs. Our engineers keep an eye on the complete process all the time.
